Ms. Suzanne Ng CEO of Conceptasia Inc opened more than 15 spas around the world, including the award winning The Spa at Mandarin Oriental New York and Tokyo, and worked with top international spa brands Mandara Spa, Westin Hotel, Spa Botanica, Shangri-la, Lotte Hotels, Raffles Hotel and has developed award winning spa projects around the world.

Dr. Theresa Chew is Co-Founder, President & CEO of Expressions International, a leading healthy lifestyle service provider offering wellness, spa, beauty and slimming services. She is also the Founder & Executive Director of Ning The Fusion Spa and Co-Founder and Advisory Chairwoman of Asia Spa Institute. Dr. Chew created many firsts in the Asia Spa Industry.

Ms.Melinda Yon is the Managing Director of 360 Spa Solutions, a niche market player providing total spa and wellness solutions throughout Asia. Their comprehensive set of services includes full concept, from implementation and advisory services to marketing and daily management services. She hosts/conducts regional spa and wellbeing events and regularly leads spa focused marketing, sales and customer service trainings.

Ms. Deborah Torres Patel is Vice President of Asia Spa Institute (ASI) and an internationally acclaimed author, speaker, consultant and educator. Deborah has worked in 65 countries and is the creator of a unique communication training program called Expressing You!® With 23 years teaching experience she served as a consultant to hotel and spa clients for over 13 years.
